We serviced traditional recipe salt-baked whole chicken, marinated, wrapped in lotus leaves, immersed in a bed of hot rock salt in an oven with a low temperature. Before slow-cooking in the oven, we allowing the chicken to stand at room temperature for an hour before cooking creates succulent results.
The golden colour of the roasted chicken represents wealth and fortunateness. We created a new line catering delivery of the Oven salt-baked chicken & Italian cuisine, wish you can enjoy a new catering delivery experience all Year Round.
